Iconic Ballon Floorlamp in model G123 by light designer Hans-Agne Jakobsson for his eponymous company Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB in Markaryd, Sweden. Designed in the 1960s it plays with dimensions with its large round lampshade against a slim brass lamp arm that finishes in a robust brass cylinder at the floor. The Lampshade is covered in a white cotton fabric and the lamp has been re-wired for the US. Age appropriate wear with patina to the brass.
