An early example of the iconic "Workchair" by Bruno Mathsson for Karl Mathsson, Sweden. Bruno Mathsson designed this chair during the 1930's as he developed his bentwood designs and some of the most iconic Swedish mid-century chairs. This example bares the markers signature for the year it was designed (1936) and the year it was made (1940). Original webbing with age appropriate wear and the wooden structure in a very good condition.
