Rare 1930's Rope chair Model 1570 by Karl Schrøder for Fritz Hansen. Beautiful woven papercord on the back and seat with stained beech frame. The frame has been restored and the cord is in very good condition. This chair is part of a collection of rope chairs that Karl Schrøder designed for the danish furniture maker Fritz Hansen in the 1930's. Age appropriate wear to the wood and cord but overall in a very good condition.
