Stunning large Sgraffito Vase by Josef Ekberg made in 1917 at his studio at Gustavsberg Porcelain Factory, Sweden. Beautiful blue flower decoration against a light blue background. Josef Ekberg worked with the Sgraffito technic during his tenure at Gustavsberg and presented his work at the World Exhibition in Paris 1900. His vases are usually only made in one example making this a unique piece. Age appropriate wear with small marks.
