Beautiful Cord and Birch armchair by Axel Larsson for SMF Bodafors, Sweden. Designed in the 1930s the design is typical for the functionalism that dominated Swedish design at the time with simple yet elegant design. The twisted paper cord shows a decorative woven pattern and is an a very good condition for its age. The wooden frame has age appropriate wear to the frame with small marks and scratches.
